California public education is facing its worst budgetary crisis in history. GGUSD needs a board member with experience and deliberate leadership to ensure continued academic success.

The five Board of Education members are elected at large by voters of the district to serve four-year terms. In addition, a selection process involving high school students determines a non-voting student representative who sits on the Board to represent students.
